It was a satisfactory screening camp that was conducted at a wedding hall in West Mambalam, Chennai, by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation April 17, 2025, as new diabetic and hypertension cases were detected and the people were suitably advised for treatment.

Remarks: The screening programme was organised by Dasya Trust at Panigraha Kalyana Mandapam, West Mambalam.
Fourteen individuals were diagnosed with diabetes, and another fourteen were found to have high blood pressure.
Thirty-one people had random blood sugar (RBS) level above 140, and 30 appropriate referrals were made to primary health centres (PHCs) and private hospitals.
The TAPP team also provided the general public with valuable information on kidney health and preventive care.
