The TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation conducted an awareness programme in Mellur village, in Chengalpattu district, and effectively engaged the villagers in the session that was held Saturday, May 3, 2025. Mr. Hemeshwaran gave a talk on ways to maintain kidney health.

Remarks: The awareness programme session was conducted by Mr. Hemeshwaran who delivered an informative talk focused on kidney health. He emphasised the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, particularly by reducing the intake of salt and sugar in daily diets, to prevent kidney-related issues.
Mr. Yaswanth volunteered in organising and supporting the event.
Following the talk, members of the community presented a short skit that creatively addressed the issue of domestic violence, effectively engaging the audience and sparking meaningful conversation.
The programme was educational and impactful, fostering awareness on important health and social topics.
