The members of the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation conducted a screening camp at Vijayamangalam in Erode Monday, May 18, 2025, where they detected some new diabetic, hypertension cases among the 42 participants. Dr. Mariselvam guided the TAPP team.

Remarks: The screening team, guided by Dr. Mariselvam, found that some people had diabetes and some other, high blood pressure.

The team also detected protein in urine and urine glucose in some of the participants.

These participants were referred to the nearby government hospital and primary health centre for further treatment.

Dr. Mariselvam provided dietary advice to all the participants.
